Intimidation is the path taken by those

who seek to destroy community. Humanity is put

in jeopardy in the absence of principled leadership.

We will be guided by those by those singled out. Our

foundational values are sufficiently strong to bear all turmoil.

Post-Pandemic:

A disaster will put a spotlight on what is terribly wrong.  Forms of injustice and inequality become starkly visible and can no longer be ignored.

Norms are disrupted. We know the status quo will not work.

We are forced to look for solutions that will propel us to healing and recovery.

The way there is to apply means both justly and equitably in order that we can land in place where transformation may be achieved.

Supports to re-examine and course-correct are added to ensure the continuity of change. Ours becomes an iterative process marked by motion.

We must decide we will never again stand still.
